This blog was started on the start of our journey of relocating back to India in Aug 2007. This blog’s main interest has been to discuss our ups and downs associated with returning back to India (R2I), and sadly also returning back to America (R2A) in Aug 2008. This blog depicts our dreams, our wishes, our realities and our failures. This blog was meant for all our friends and family, whom we miss dearly but due to the distance or time difference, it made it impossible for us to stay in touch and tell our story in person.
This blog’s central theme of “dream to live” should never change, because that represents my life and me. The days and months and years when I forget this basic idea, I am no longer happy or have the desire to wake up in the morning and lead a life.
Dreamscapes are allowed to change with time; things that were the most important slowly fall to the priorities of other important things. My life is on the change mode too, at times I do not want to acknowledge this change, but does time ask my permission? My blog has been many a time about the love-hate relationship that I share with India. This will still be the central theme with phases of not just my relationship with India, but all of yours. Our life consists of many mundane things, but taking time from them and discussing these mundane activities with friends over drinks and food, no longer make them silly and boring. This is the aim of my blog. We talk and discuss for long hours, most of the talks maybe wasted, but what if one of them actually clicks, what if we understand ourselves a little better, what if we find happiness and meaning sometimes?
Please help me in coming up with great blogs for all of you, from all of you and many more to join us in the journey of this blog. This would be a challenge from the first Sunday of 2010 for a year to tell stories about all of you, your dreams, my dreams and all of our lives.
My new years resolution would have to be: “No more Inconsistent Blogging”.
There is no fun writing, when there is no one to read.

Nice to see your email. I just want to say that I read your blog. I did have a different thought of how you would feel about India.
I often will compare India and China. I used to believe in true democracy. But, many examples have shown that true democracy leads the country no where.
